Police In Dubai Tested Hoverbikes That Go 20 Feet In The Air.Fifth Element Is Here

It's a bird, it's a plane, it's the police on hoverbikes! Police in Dubai test-drove hoverbikes. 

 The flying motorcycles are made by Russian company Hoversurf. The hoverbike would let police monitor traffic and large areas and get to emergencies quickly. It seats one and can fly for 30-40 minutes. The bike can also send a live video feed.
 The Dubai police placed a 20-foot flying limit on the bike even though they think it could fly even higher in the future. They hope to start using hoverbikes in the next two years.

Technology.Robot Goes Outside For A Jog.These machines are getting better.

Boston Dynamics posted two more clips to its YouTube channel showing the latest progress of its Atlas and SpotMini robots.

The clips don’t reveal much we haven’t seen before, but they both show how naturally these robots are able to move around. In one video, Atlas, the humanoid robot, goes for a jog in a grassy yard that appears to be sloped here and there.

During the workout, the robot jumps over a log of wood but that is not surprising since we know this robot can perform a back flip.

In the small fishing town of Ísafjörður, Iceland, an exciting development in road safety has just popped up – almost literally. A new pedestrian crossing has been painted that appears to be 3D by way of a cleverly-detailed optical illusion.

With the help of street painting company Vegmálun GÍH, his vision became a reality.
